Charles Henry Rawlings

January 18, 1957 – August 6, 2021

We honor the inspiring g life of CHARLES HENRY RAWLINGS.

Charles H. Rawlings Jr. was born January 18, 1957 in San Bernardino, CA to the union of Charles H. Rawlings Sr. and Stella L. Rawlings. He attended Muscott Elementary, thereafter Franklin Junior High School. He went on to live with his grandmother where he graduated from high school in Ellisville, Mississippi. While in Mississippi, in his spare time, Charles (aka Scooby Doo) loved to sing and dance; he was the best skeeter rabbit pop lock dancer you ever want to see. He was in a dance group with his first cousins called Scooby-Doo and the Freak-o-Matics. As a hobby, Charles loved to build and rebuild model airplanes and automobiles. As a resident of Las Vegas, Nevada for 20 plus years, he was employed at McCarran International Airport for 10 years. He loved the Lord and gave his life to Christ. Although his spirit is no longer with us, his memories will forever remain in our hearts.
Charles made his transition on August 6, 2021 at Desert Springs Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada.
