She was surRounded by her niece (Alana Moniz), nephew (Manuel Green) cousin (Chrissy Herrera) along with her care team during the last days of her life. Joceyln was born Wailuku, Hawai’i she Lived in Hawai’I til she left to the military She Then served as an army soldier for four years. she traveled and saw many places She Is Survived by one daughter Jasmine Jones Pruitt and one son Philip Evon pruitt 5 Grandchildren 1 Great Grandchild siblings Norman James Franco (Dawn), Alvin Jacob Franco Paula Jean (John) Alexander Alton Joseph Franco (Nicole) Deceased brothers Guthrie Julio Franco Alfred John Franco mother Susan Theresa Franco father Julio Raymon Franco Granddaughter Precious Kiana Jones Jocelyn Intrest Was : She Loved To Dance ,She Loved Her Music, Cooking, Football And Animals
