Ricardo Alvarez-Zavala

On June 24, 2024, surrounded by his loving family and friends Ricardo Alvarez-Zavala peacefully passed away at the age of 59. Ricardo's life was a testament to his unwavering spirit and dedication to those he held dear. Born Francisca Zavala Araujo, Ricardo leaves behind a legacy embraced by his children: Ricardo Zavala Jr., Brenedett Zavala, Emily Zavala, Fatima Zavala, Rick Zavala, and Benjamin Zavala. He also leaves behind his siblings Luz Zavala-Alfonso, Polo Zavala, Anthony Zavala, Gabriela Zavala, and Andy Zavala.

Most of Ricardo's life was spent in Los Angeles, California. He proudly graduated from Verdugo High School and pursued his passion for cooking, turning it into a successful profession. A sports enthusiast, Ricardo had a special place in his heart for the Dodgers. Known for living life to the fullest with his signature catchphrase "I'll be all right," Ricardo inspired all those around him.

A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held on Friday, July 12, 2024 at 4:00 PM PST inside the Legacy Lounge at Inspired Life Memorials at Summerlin in Las Vegas, NV.
